On Saturday, February 21, 2025, real estate professionals from across Texas gathered at The Nathaniel Center in Kingwood, Texas for the 2025 JLA Realty Awards Banquet — an evening dedicated to recognizing excellence, honoring production, and celebrating the culture that continues to move JLA Realty forward.

The program highlighted a powerful theme: success built on trust, accountability, collaboration, and doing business the right way. While Gross Commission Income (GCI) awards were presented across multiple tiers, the evening was about more than numbers. It was about people. Families. Leadership. Partnership. Momentum.

Agents were honored based on 2025 Gross Commission Income performance:

• Opal: $60,000 – $89,999

• Amethyst: $90,000 – $119,999

• Topaz: $120,000 – $149,999

• Sapphire: $150,000 – $179,999

• Pearl: $180,000 – $209,999

• Ruby: $210,000 – $239,999

• Quartz: $240,000 – $269,999

• Jade: $270,000 – $299,999

• Diamond: $300,000 – $329,999

• Double Diamond: $330,000+

These tiers represent not just production, but discipline, consistency, client care, and professionalism across the state of Texas. Omnia Elevate had several Opal award winners, and one Pearl award winner.

The All-Star Award: A Humbling Moment

At the end of the evening, a surprise moment unfolded.

Jeremy Williams was presented with the All-Star Award, the top culture award across all of JLA Realty. Out of more than 1,500 colleagues statewide, he was recognized for his investment — both seen and unseen — into agents inside and outside of his organization.

His reflection:

“Last night, I was completely caught off guard.
To be honored with the All-Star Award from the leadership team at JLA Realty — John Altic, Amanda Seidel, and Kim Scott — was something I never saw coming.

Out of more than 1,500 colleagues across the state, I was recognized for my investment — both seen and unseen — into agents inside and outside of my organization across JLA Realty.

It’s hard to put into words what that felt like.

Gratitude.
Humility.
Joy.

There are so many who are deserving of this kind of recognition. I don’t take it lightly — not for a second. It is truly an honor.

And I’m grateful I didn’t have to give a speech. Ha!

First and foremost, I thank God for continually shaping my heart and mind to be a person of service. Any impact I’ve had is because He continues to work on me daily.

To my wife — thank you for letting me chase what sometimes feels like a crazy dream. None of this would be possible without you. And to my kids, who still aren’t quite sure what I do every day but support me anyway — I love you more than you know.

To John for the vision and opportunity to build within JLA Realty, and to Kim and Amanda for their leadership and support — thank you.
