From San Marcos to Kingwood —
A Career Built on Developing People

The Foundation

Jeremy grew up in San Marcos, Texas — a small-town upbringing that shaped his values around service, community, and genuine relationships. After high school he attended Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University), where he helped found the BYX chapter on campus.

A pivotal decision brought him to Texas A&M University, where he earned a degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration. While there, he volunteered with Breakaway Ministries as a roadie, working alongside leaders and Christian musicians — an experience that deepened his understanding of how great environments develop great people.

After college, Jeremy joined the Lake Houston Family YMCA as Director of Outreach and Sports — managing volunteers, organizing programs for children across Northeast Houston, and sharpening the leadership and communication skills that would define his real estate career.

The Real Estate Career

Jeremy earned his real estate license and began his career at Keller Williams Realty, where over six years he built a successful production business before moving into leadership — coaching agents, building recruiting systems, and developing the infrastructure that helps brokerages grow.

His most significant early milestone: helping lead a Keller Williams office to become the first in the region to surpass one billion dollars in annual sales — while the office doubled in size in under three years. He later served as South Texas Regional Director for a national Keller Williams expansion team.

Those years taught Jeremy something that shaped everything that came after: the agents who build lasting careers are not the ones with the most talent — they are the ones in the right environment, with the right structure, and the right support around them.

Why Jeremy Founded Omnia Elevate

In 2017, Jeremy founded what is now known as Omnia Elevate — an organization built within JLA Realty focused entirely on agent development. The idea was straightforward: most brokerages offer a commission split and leave agents to figure the rest out alone. Jeremy wanted to build something different — a structured growth environment where agents could find real training, real accountability, and real leadership access.
