John Altic is the Broker and Owner of JLA Realty — the licensed Texas brokerage under which all Omnia Elevate agents operate. With over 1,400 agents and 23 office locations across Texas, John has built one of the state's most agent-focused independent brokerages. His leadership philosophy is simple: give agents the infrastructure they need to build great businesses, then get out of the way. John hosts the weekly M.A.D. Call — one of the most consistently valuable accountability and motivation resources available to agents inside the JLA Realty network.
Jeremy Williams founded Omnia Elevate in 2017 with one clear goal: give licensed Texas REALTORS® a real structure for growth — not just a place to hang a license. With over 20 years of Texas real estate experience, Jeremy has coached agents at every production level, helped lead a Keller Williams office to its first billion dollars in annual sales, and built the training, accountability, and leadership systems that define the Omnia Elevate environment. He is based in Kingwood, Texas and directly involved in the week-to-week development of every agent in the organization.

Robby Almogabar serves as Director of Omnia Elevate and leads The Almogabar Team — one of the top-producing teams operating inside the JLA Realty network. Robby brings a proven track record of production, team building, and agent mentorship to the leadership structure of the organization. His presence inside Omnia Elevate gives agents access to a leader who is actively producing in today's market — not just coaching from a distance.
