JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate is an agent development organization within JLA Realty (Universal Home Solutions, LLC), a licensed Texas real estate brokerage led by Broker/Owner John Altic. Founded by Jeremy Williams, Founder and Expansion Partner, and based in Kingwood, Texas, Omnia Elevate provides training, coaching, accountability, and leadership access to real estate agents and teams across Greater Houston, Greater San Antonio, the Texas Coastal Bend, and other Texas markets. Omnia Elevate is not a brokerage; all real estate brokerage services are provided by JLA Realty.

How the structure works: When you join, you are licensed under JLA Realty — a fully licensed Texas brokerage providing compliance, transaction management, and E&O coverage. Omnia Elevate is the organization built inside JLA Realty that delivers the training, leadership, accountability, and growth systems.

No. Omnia Elevate is an agent development organization within JLA Realty. JLA Realty (Universal Home Solutions, LLC) is the licensed Texas real estate brokerage, and all real estate brokerage services are provided by JLA Realty. When you join, your license is sponsored by JLA Realty, and Omnia Elevate provides the training, coaching, accountability, and leadership support.
Who is the broker for JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate?
John Altic is the Broker/Owner of JLA Realty. He provides broker oversight, hosts weekly broker-led calls including the M.A.D. Call and Real Talk About Real Estate, and leads the Contracts Boot Camp training.
Who founded Omnia Elevate?
Omnia Elevate was founded by Jeremy Williams, Founder and Expansion Partner. Jeremy has worked in real estate since 2004 and has coached professionals since 2010. He leads the Weekly Omnia Elevate Organization Call, the S.O.A.R. Mastermind, and Perk & Purpose.
Is this right for new real estate agents?
Yes. JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate provides structured training designed to help newer agents build confidence, learn real-world skills, and create consistent habits early in their careers. You will not be left to figure it out alone.
Is this only for new agents?
No. Many experienced REALTORS® join JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate because they want more structure, leadership access, systems, and long-term business growth opportunities. The environment supports agents at every production level.
What accountability does Omnia Elevate provide?
Agents have access to weekly accountability calls, implementation training, leadership support, and growth-focused conversations designed to help create consistency over time.
Do I have to attend the calls?
No. Agents are independent contractors, and every call, mastermind, and training event is voluntary. There are no mandatory hours or attendance requirements. Agents who attend consistently tend to get the most out of the environment, but how you use it is your choice.
What technology is included?
Agents receive access to BoldTrail CRM tools, IDX websites, marketing systems, transaction management tools, lead automation, and operational support designed to improve productivity.
Can I build a team inside JLA Realty?
Yes. JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate supports agents who want to scale, build teams, and create long-term business infrastructure. Agents can develop their own unique brand within TREC guidelines.
What is the commission cap?
As of October 2026, the brokerage offers an 80/20 split with a $10,000 annual cap. After capping, agents move to 100% commission. There are no desk fees, no royalty fees, and no monthly office fees. These terms are subject to change, and specific terms are set by written agreement with JLA Realty.
What does it cost to join JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate?
There are no desk fees, royalty fees, or monthly office fees. The Commission & Fees page lays out the full compensation model, including the split, the cap, and any transaction-related fees, so you can compare it with your current brokerage. Current terms are confirmed during your strategy call and set by written agreement.
How do I transfer my license to JLA Realty?
In Texas, a change of sponsoring broker is completed through the Texas Real Estate Commission's online services, with JLA Realty as your new sponsoring broker. Before you move, review your obligations under your current brokerage agreement, including pending transactions and active listings. What areas of Texas does JLA Realty serve?
