Jeremy Williams: A Texas Real Estate Leader and Founder of JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate
Growing Up in Texas
I grew up in San Marcos, Texas, in the Texas Hill Country. My small-town upbringing taught me strong values and the importance of serving others. After high school, I attended Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University), where I helped start the BYX chapter on campus.
My life changed when I met my future wife, Laurie, and later transferred to Texas A&M University. I earned a degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration. While at Texas A&M, I volunteered as a roadie for Breakaway Ministries and worked with leaders and well-known Christian musicians. These experiences helped shape my leadership skills and desire to make a positive impact.
Early Career in Leadership and Community Work
After college, I accepted a position with the Lake Houston Family YMCA as the Director of Outreach and Sports. In this role, I managed volunteers, organized programs for children across Northeast Houston, and gained leadership and communication skills that would later help me in real estate.
After two years in that position, I earned my real estate license and began my career in the real estate industry.
Building a Career in Real Estate
I started in real estate sales at Keller Williams Realty. Over six years, I built a successful real estate business and later moved into leadership roles that included:

Coaching and training real estate agents

Helping brokerages grow through recruiting and retention

Developing systems to support agent success
One of my major accomplishments was helping lead a Keller Williams office to become the first in the region to pass one billion dollars in annual sales. During that time, the office doubled in size in less than three years. I later served as the South Texas Regional Director for a national Keller Williams expansion team.
Founding JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate in 2017
In 2017, I founded what is now known as JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate. My goal was to create a place where real estate agents could receive coaching and training, leadership, support, and opportunities to grow their careers. Today, Omnia Elevate includes more than 40 members across Texas.

Life in Kingwood, Texas
I live in Kingwood, Texas with my wife Laurie. Our daughter Emma attends Mississippi State University, and our son Logan attends Kingwood High School. Our family also includes our two dogs, Stella Gumbo and Bailey.
When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, hiking the trails in Kingwood, playing guitar, and serving at Kingwood Methodist Church. I run sound for the praise and worship band at The Vine service, which allows me to support my church while doing something I enjoy.
