Consistency Is the Separator

I just wrapped up my 2026 goals accountability meeting, and a few things were strongly reinforced—starting with consistency.

Consistency in a profession full of inconsistency.
Consistency in an industry where many are talented, but few are disciplined.

That consistency continues to reassure me that my commitment to being intentional—not just in business, but in life—is exactly where it needs to be.

I’m writing this after finishing a lift at the gym. That’s a separate post and a separate journey—but the truth is, personal growth and professional growth are inseparable. One of my personal goals for 2026 is to lose 100 pounds, and I’m fully committed to doing the work required to get there. The discipline doesn’t turn on and off. It carries over into everything.

This Time, There Were No External Factors

The meeting also reaffirmed something I’ve sensed for over a year.

Many people have considered joining me…
but wanted to see if I could really do it.

With 40 incredible people now part of our organization, I hope that question has been answered.

In the past, I’ve been told that what I built was because of favorable markets, strong resources, support systems, or external factors.

Not this time.

This season was different.
This time, it was build—or fall flat on my face.

There was no safety net. No market excuses. No shortcuts.

This season became a proving ground—a reminder that success isn’t rooted in conditions, but in faithfulness to my Creator, keeping my word, and treating this work as a calling, not a job.

A Message to the Doubters

To those who wanted me to fail.
To those who hoped I wouldn’t get here.

Thank you.

I’ve learned how to channel that energy into forward motion. And fittingly, “Breakthrough” is my 2026 word of the year.

Momentum continues.

What’s Been Built Behind the Scenes

Today marks another important milestone.

I officially launched a 10-Phase, 60-Session Master Training Pathway for JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate. This program was built for both new and experienced agents, designed to be:

  • Self-paced and resource-driven

  • Practical and execution-focused

  • Grounded in real-world business, not theory

  • Built to grow agents professionally and personally

This wasn’t rushed. It wasn’t flashy. It was built quietly, intentionally, and with purpose—one more piece of preparation for what’s coming next.

The 2026 Goal Is Clear

Looking ahead to 2026, my goal is simple and specific:

100 productive REALTORS® in our organization within the next 12.5 months.

It’s interesting how the number 100 keeps showing up—personally and professionally.

I’m looking for people who want to come on this journey with me.

I won’t push you.
I’ll walk with you.
