This week, members of JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate gathered at the The Highlands Visitor Center inside The Highlands for more than just a training.
We gathered for growth.
Led by Director Robby Almogabar, the session was intentionally interactive — designed to move agents from awareness to action.

We divided into smaller breakout groups for two focused exercises centered around:

Identifying the activities each agent knows they should be doing

Confronting the habits they know they should stop doing

Building an actionable plan

Assigning a specific completion date
By the end of the session, every participant walked away with a written action plan and a deadline.
Not motivation.
