The All-Star Award: A Humbling Moment

At the end of the evening, a surprise moment unfolded.

Jeremy Williams was presented with the All-Star Award, the top culture award across all of JLA Realty. Out of more than 1,500 colleagues statewide, he was recognized for his investment — both seen and unseen — into agents inside and outside of his organization.

His reflection:

“Last night, I was completely caught off guard.
To be honored with the All-Star Award from the leadership team at JLA Realty — John Altic, Amanda Seidel, and Kim Scott — was something I never saw coming.

Out of more than 1,500 colleagues across the state, I was recognized for my investment — both seen and unseen — into agents inside and outside of my organization across JLA Realty.

It’s hard to put into words what that felt like.

Gratitude.
Humility.
Joy.

There are so many who are deserving of this kind of recognition. I don’t take it lightly — not for a second. It is truly an honor.

And I’m grateful I didn’t have to give a speech. Ha!

First and foremost, I thank God for continually shaping my heart and mind to be a person of service. Any impact I’ve had is because He continues to work on me daily.

To my wife — thank you for letting me chase what sometimes feels like a crazy dream. None of this would be possible without you. And to my kids, who still aren’t quite sure what I do every day but support me anyway — I love you more than you know.

Inside Our Training at The Highlands: Where Accountability Meets Opportunity

This week, members of JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate gathered at the The Highlands Visitor Center inside The Highlands for more than just a training.

We gathered for growth.

Led by Director Robby Almogabar, the session was intentionally interactive — designed to move agents from awareness to action.

This wasn’t a lecture.

It was participation.

We divided into smaller breakout groups for two focused exercises centered around:

  • Tracking key business KPI’s

  • Identifying the activities each agent knows they should be doing

  • Confronting the habits they know they should stop doing

  • Building an actionable plan

  • Assigning a specific completion date

By the end of the session, every participant walked away with a written action plan and a deadline.

Not motivation.

Not inspiration.

Execution.

Because success in real estate is rarely about knowing what to do.

It’s about doing what you already know consistently.

The Biggest Takeaway? You’re Not Alone.

What surfaced in those small groups was powerful.

Agents shared openly about:

  • Inconsistency

  • Lead generation hesitation

  • Fear of rejection

  • Time management struggles

  • Overwhelm

  • Comparison

And what became clear?

No one’s challenges were unique.

What one person was wrestling with, someone else had already worked through.

That realization brought something unexpected into the room:
