JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate agents work from a statewide network of 23 JLA Realty office locations across eight Texas regions: Greater Houston, the Brazos Valley, Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend, East Texas, Greater San Antonio, the Texas Hill Country, Austin and Central Texas, and Southeast Texas. Greater Houston has the deepest presence, with locations from Kingwood and The Woodlands to Pearland, Sugar Land, Katy, and Galveston. Agents can use any JLA Realty office for client meetings, training, and workspace, and there are no desk fees. Dallas–Fort Worth, Waco, El Paso, and McAllen agents can join too, with live Zoom training and statewide broker support, though there is no office in those areas yet. Omnia Elevate is based at 4439 Town Center Place in Kingwood, Texas.

Numbers show the communities listed for each region. All twelve regions now have at least one location page. Dallas–Fort Worth, Waco, El Paso, and McAllen agents are served through live Zoom training; there is no JLA Realty office in those areas yet.

Converse anchors our presence in northeast Bexar County alongside Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City, and Live Oak, while New Braunfels sits on the edge of the Hill Country in one of Texas's busiest relocation markets. Boerne, the Kendall County seat, extends the region into the Hill Country along I-10, and Alamo Heights brings older homes and rebuilds just north of downtown San Antonio. To the east, Seguin, the Guadalupe County seat, adds historic homes, river lakes, and farm and ranch land along I-10.

Texas Hill Country
The Hill Country rises west of I-35, with spring-fed rivers, rolling land, and towns that sit between Austin and San Antonio. San Marcos, the Hays County seat, is known as the Gateway to the Hill Country. It is also the hometown of Jeremy Williams, Founder and Expansion Partner of Omnia Elevate. Just up Ranch Road 12, Wimberley adds creek homes, acreage, and vacation rentals along the Blanco River and Cypress Creek. In Comal County, Canyon Lake brings lake-view homes, river cabins below the dam, and Hill Country acreage.
Austin & Central Texas
Austin is the state capital and the Travis County seat, with a metro that reaches into Williamson and Hays counties. Agents here work central infill, suburban new construction, and downtown condos. Dallas–Fort Worth

Fort Worth, the Tarrant County seat, adds mineral rights, a naval air station, and fast growth on the city’s north, west, and south edges. There is no JLA Realty office in Dallas–Fort Worth yet, so agents here train live on Zoom and get broker support statewide.
Southeast Texas
The Golden Triangle offers a market shaped by industry, strong community roots, and buyers who value local expertise. JLA Realty serves agents in Beaumont and Nederland, roughly ninety minutes east of Houston. Port Arthur, on Sabine Lake near the Gulf, adds refinery and LNG workforce demand, waterfront property on Pleasure Island, and flood and windstorm questions on nearly every deal.
Waco & Central Plains
Waco, the McLennan County seat, sits on the Brazos River in the middle of I-35, about halfway between Dallas and Austin. Agents here work rentals near Baylor University, older homes and historic districts, new builds in China Spring, Hewitt, and Robinson, and short-term rentals for visitors. There is no JLA Realty office in Waco yet, so agents here train live on Zoom and get broker support statewide.
West Texas
El Paso, the El Paso County seat, sits at the far west tip of Texas, where Texas, New Mexico, and Mexico meet. Agents here work Fort Bliss moves and VA loans, desert homes with stucco and flat roofs, and new subdivisions in Horizon City and Socorro. El Paso runs on Mountain Time, one hour behind our Central Time calls. There is no JLA Realty office in West Texas yet, so agents here train live on Zoom and get broker support statewide.
Rio Grande Valley & South Texas
McAllen, in Hidalgo County, anchors the McAllen–Edinburg–Mission metro just north of the Rio Grande. Agents here work cross-border trade and international bridge growth, seasonal Winter Texans in RV parks and leased-lot communities, colonias and county lots, and former citrus land with irrigation district fees. There is no JLA Realty office in the Valley yet, so agents here train live on Zoom and get broker support statewide.
