For over 20 years, Jeremy Williams has been building real estate careers across Texas — as an agent, a leader, a coach, and the founder of Omnia Elevate. Based in Kingwood, he created Omnia Elevate to give licensed Texas REALTORS® something most brokerages never offer: a genuine structure for growth, not just a place to hang a license.
Jeremy earned a degree in Sport Management from Texas A&M University and began his real estate career at Keller Williams Realty, where over six years he built a successful production business before moving into leadership — coaching agents, building recruiting systems, and developing the infrastructure that helps brokerages grow.
His most significant early milestone: helping lead a Keller Williams office to become the first in its region to surpass one billion dollars in annual sales — while the office doubled in size in under three years. He later served as a South Texas Regional Director for a national expansion team.
Those years taught him what shaped everything since: the professionals who build lasting careers are not the ones with the most talent — they are the ones in the right environment, with the right structure and the right support around them. That conviction is the foundation of both Omnia Elevate and his coaching company, Red Hawk Coaching.
