Who should probably skip it? +
Honestly, very few people. If you never touch a residential contract — say you work purely in commercial or you're not actively practicing — the material may be less relevant to your day-to-day. But for any agent writing residential deals in Texas, new or experienced, the day pays for itself many times over.
