What training do members get?

Members can join live training on Zoom each week. Calls include the M.A.D. Call and THRIVE. There is also Contracts Boot Camp with 5 hours of free CE. CE is subject to TREC approval. See the full training calendar.

How do I become a member?

Start with a private strategy call with Jeremy Williams. It is a no-pressure talk about your goals. New agents can read our Newly Licensed guide. Experienced agents can read Should I Switch Brokerages.

Can a whole real estate team join?

Yes. We look at each team one at a time, since every team is different. Visit our teams page, or read agent stories from members.

What does it cost to join JLA Realty?

There are no desk, royalty, or monthly office fees. E&O coverage is included. BoldTrail CRM is optional. See current splits and caps on our commission and fees page. Fees are negotiable.

Can I hire a member to buy or sell a home?

Yes. Each member is a licensed Texas agent with JLA Realty. Reach out using their card, or browse homes for sale on our site.
