On June 24, agents from JLA Realty — Omnia Elevate met inside a beautiful Perry Homes 60-foot model home for a live training called THRIVE in Action: Closing Higher-End New Builds. The goal was simple. Help agents sell more new construction homes and serve today's buyers better.
A Hands-On Look at New Construction
The training was led by Robby Almogabar of The Almogabar Team, brokered by JLA Realty. Robby walked agents through what top producers do differently when they work with builders, sales counselors, and new construction clients.
Agents learned the key questions to ask, the common mistakes to avoid, and how to create a smoother experience for buyers. A smoother experience leads to more referrals and more repeat business. Whether an agent was brand new to new construction or wanted to grow their luxury and builder sales, everyone walked away with steps they could use right away.

About Audubon in Magnolia, Texas
The training took place inside the Perry Homes 60' model home in Audubon. Audubon is one of Magnolia's newest master-planned communities, and it is easy to see why so many buyers are drawn to it.
Audubon sits off TX-249 and FM-1488 in Montgomery County. The community spans about 3,000 acres and is designed around nature, with the goal of putting every new home within a five-minute walk of a trail, path, or park. Plans for the community include nature trails, parks, a pool, water features, and a recreation center called Club Audubon.
The location offers short drives to Tomball and The Woodlands, with upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby. Perry Homes builds on 45-, 60-, and 70-foot homesites here, which gives buyers a range of choices. Homes on the 60-foot sites generally range from about 2,400 to 3,650 square feet, and homes in the community are zoned to Magnolia Independent School District. For agents, knowing a community like Audubon well is a big part of serving new construction buyers the right way.
