What Is a Listing Appointment?
A listing appointment is the meeting where a homeowner and a REALTOR® discuss selling a property. It typically covers recent comparable sales and current market conditions, preparing the home for showings, the proposed marketing plan, the terms of the listing agreement, and what to expect from contract to closing. Practicing that conversation in a workshop setting helps agents explain each step clearly and answer sellers' questions with confidence.
