What is the commission split, and are there fees?
Agents are on an 80/20 split with a $10,000 annual cap, with no franchise fees and no desk fees. E&O insurance is covered by the broker, so more of every commission stays with you.
How much does BoldTrail CRM cost?
BoldTrail is optional. Individual agents can add BoldTrail CRM and IDX website at a reduced cost of $50 per month. For teams, BoldTrail is a separate cost — you can consult with BoldTrail directly.
Is Omnia Elevate a brokerage?
Omnia Elevate is an agent development organization powered by JLA Realty, a licensed Texas real estate brokerage. You are licensed and supervised through JLA Realty while getting the coaching, culture, and support Omnia Elevate provides.
Who leads the coaching and training?
Coaching is led by Jeremy Williams, Founder & Leader of Omnia Elevate, with more than 14,000 hours of coaching experience, alongside Broker/Owner John Altic and the Almogabar Team.
What training is included each week?
Live training runs throughout the week, including Boot Camp (Texas contract training), the M.A.D. Call, the Weekly Organization Call, the S.O.A.R. Mastermind, T.H.R.I.V.E. Training, and Real Talk About Real Estate. You can also follow along on the JLA Realty training blog.
I'm newly licensed. Will I get enough support?
Yes. New agents get structured onboarding through JLA University, hands-on boot camps, weekly mentorship and accountability, and the branded marketing tools to compete from day one.
I lead a team. Can we keep our identity?
Absolutely. Teams grow under their own brand and name, supported by shared systems, technology, and leadership development, without franchise overhead. BoldTrail for teams is a separate cost that you can arrange directly with BoldTrail.
Can I attend a training session before I join?
Yes. You're welcome to sit in on a live training as a guest. Booking a strategy call is the best way to see the culture for yourself.
