Yesterday, December 11, 2025, several members of JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate gathered for an in-person, hands-on training focused on one of the most misunderstood—but powerful—tools in real estate today: Facebook advertising for lead generation.

This was a step-by-step, real-world training on how to correctly build, launch, and manage Facebook ads that actually generate leads—and what to do after the lead comes in.

Corpus Christi, Texas – October 4, 2025 – Last Friday, Jeremy Williams, Founder of JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate, hosted a Contracts Boot Camp led by JLA Realty Broker/Owner, John Altic, at Rally Credit Union’s training facility, located at 2806 Rodd Field Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78414. The event brought together real estate professionals from multiple brokerages across the Texas Coastal Bend eager to strengthen their knowledge of real estate contracts and compliance.
A Day of Real Estate Education and Collaboration
The Contracts Boot Camp kicked off with an engaging morning session focused on the Residential Listing Agreement and its supporting documents. John Altic guided agents through each section of the agreement, explaining the purpose and intent behind every paragraph. Attendees learned practical ways to communicate these details confidently to clients—ensuring smoother transactions and greater trust.
The afternoon session shifted focus to the TREC 1–4 Family Residential Contract, one of the most important documents in Texas real estate. John broke down each provision, from earnest money and option periods to title commitments and closing costs. His clear teaching style and real-world examples helped agents connect the dots between contract language and real client scenarios.
