A Night to Remember — JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate Gathers for a Celebratory Evening in Kingwood, Texas
When JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate was launched, the vision was clear: build an organization where people feel genuinely connected—where relationships run deeper than transactions, titles, or competition. That vision came to life in a big way at our recent celebration hosted by Founder, Jeremy Williams, and his wife, Laurie, at their beautiful home in Kingwood, TX.
Agents from across the state made the trip to attend, with our furthest member traveling all the way from Corpus Christi, Texas. It was proof that when you build a culture worth being part of, people show up—literally.
A Feast Worth Traveling For
The food alone could have been reason enough to attend.
Jeremy spent the day preparing two smoked pork butts, slow-cooked and pulled fresh for tacos that disappeared almost as quickly as they came off the platter.
Our Director, Robby Almogabar, brought a brisket cooked by his son Noah, adding a family touch that embodied the heart behind our organization.
Everyone else rounded out the table with homemade sides, desserts, and drinks, creating a spread that felt like a Texas barbecue and potluck all in one.
And while the plates were full, the conversations were even richer.

Yesterday, the JLA Realty management team hosted an exciting event for Team Builders across the organization — an afternoon filled with fellowship, collaboration, and a little friendly competition at Main Event in Humble, Texas.
The group enjoyed great conversations, shared valuable ideas, and connected over a spirited guys vs. girls bowling showdown. The laughter and camaraderie reminded everyone what makes JLA Realty such a special organization — one built on community, support, and shared success.
I had the privilege of representing JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate, our fast-growing organization within the JLA Realty family. Since forming Omnia Elevate, our group has grown to 32 REALTORS® strong, with several more talented agents preparing to join us in the coming weeks.
At Omnia Elevate, what we’re building is truly different. It’s about more than sales or transactions — it’s about elevating in all aspects of life. We focus on becoming the best versions of ourselves so that we can better serve our home buyers, sellers, and investors across Texas.

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, REALTORS® from JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate gathered at Hometown Title in Kingwood, Texas for an exclusive hands-on training: “Price It Right – Because Guessing Isn’t a Strategy.”
Led by Francie Watson, this session helped agents sharpen their skills in one of the most critical parts of the real estate process — pricing a home accurately.
🧭 Training Highlights
During this interactive, live CMA workshop, agents learned how to:
✅ Build a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) using HAR MLS tools
✅ Identify and select the most relevant comparable properties
✅ Interpret market data with confidence
✅ Present pricing insights to clients in a way that builds trust and authority
Each participant brought their laptop and worked through a real-time pricing scenario, allowing them to immediately apply the strategies discussed.

Empowering Agents Through Education: JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate Attends Contracts Boot Camp in Tomball, TX
Several agents from JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate descended upon Tomball, Texas this past week to attend the Contracts Boot Camp hosted by Broker/Owner, John Altic of JLA Realty. The highly anticipated event was held at the beautiful Beckendorf Conference Center at Lone Star College–Tomball, where real estate professionals from multiple brokerages gathered for a full day of learning, networking, and growth.
This comprehensive real estate contracts training focused on two critical forms that every Texas REALTOR® must master—the TREC 1–4 Family Residential Contract and the Residential Listing Agreement. Agents gained valuable insights into the nuances of each form, ensuring they can confidently guide their clients through one of the most important aspects of the real estate transaction process.
Continuing Education and Connection
Attendees not only strengthened their contract knowledge but also earned 5 hours of continuing education (CE) credit for completing the full-day class. Breakfast, lunch, and prize opportunities were provided by generous event sponsors and vendors, creating an atmosphere of both professional development and camaraderie.
The Contracts Boot Camp is one of several ongoing initiatives by JLA Realty to provide real estate professionals with high-quality training and education. These events are open to both JLA Realty agents and agents from other brokerages who want to stay current on Texas real estate contract changes, sharpen their skills, and stay compliant with TREC standards.
Looking Ahead: More Boot Camps Coming in 2026
With anticipated TREC contract updates in 2026, the JLA Realty training team—led by John Altic and the Omnia Elevate leadership group—plans to launch additional Boot Camps early in the year. These sessions will ensure that agents stay up to date and equipped to serve their clients with excellence.

On Friday, September 12th, 2025, REALTORS® with JLA Realty came together at our Kingwood office to celebrate JLA CAN Day—Caring About Neighbors. This special community initiative brought agents together with one goal: to encourage and uplift those who dedicate their lives to shaping the future of Kingwood.
For this JLA CAN Day project, our REALTORS® took time to write handwritten notes of encouragement and appreciation to the incredible teachers and staff at Kingwood High School and Kingwood Park High School. Educators and support teams are at the heart of student success, and this small gesture of gratitude was our way of recognizing the tireless work they do each and every day.
